Santikos Collection - Summer Nanny 2025 Job Description

Summary:

  • Country: Skiathos, Greece

  • Accommodation: provided with other team members

  • Food: 3 meals per day included

  • Recruitment window: open now (Nannies can receive conditional job offers, meaning training in March or June are options)

  • Hours: 8 hours per day / 6 days per week

  • Dates: June - September

  • Salary: competitive + babysitting hours paid in addition

  • Position: Kids Club Team Player

Santikos Collection is a highly regarded hospitality company that specialises in luxury resorts and hotels. They are loking for a Freckles trained Nanny to join them in each hotel (Princess & Marpunta) as part of their Kids Club and to offer evening babysitting for guests.

Responsibilities:

  • Welcoming children to the Kids Club and liaising with parents

  • Working with children aged: 6mo’s - 12yrs although primarily focusing on 1-3yrs

  • Supervising and caring for children including; nappy changes, loo trips, snacks and bottle prep etc.

  • Organising games and activities with parents & children - including messy plan, sensory activities and developmentally / age appropriate

  • Keeping Kids Club clean and tidy

  • Evening babysitting as required (this is optional and paid in addition)

Requirements:

  • Friendly and polite personality

  • You must have completed the Freckles Childcare Junior & Ski Nanny Course

  • Job offers are:

    • offered outright (if you have already trained) 

    • or in advance and are conditional to you passing the Junior Nanny Course with a grade merit or higher

  • A can do, energetic and team player attitude is essential
