We have recently decided to bring back our permanent nanny service and we are so excited. Meg heads up the recruitment and placement. As a nanny of 10 years and recent Mummy she is expertly placed to support you with your needs.

Our bespoke service:

  • Tell us what you need - when we say the more detail the better, it’s true!

  • We’ll send a proposal; time frame, plan and fee outline

  • You okay the proposal

  • Meg works her magic

  • We’ll supply a short list of individually selected nannies (1-3 depending on role popularity)

  • You interview

  • Contract, references, ID, DBS & first aid checks all done as standard - a large number of our nannies have trained with us completing the Junior & Ski Nanny Course

  • Ongoing support

Bespoke Service - Fees

  • we charge an engagement fee to initiate the search

  • placement fee due on successful placement

Our Job Sharing Service:

  • You send us a summary of your job - don’t worry, we’ll tell you what we need!

  • We share your job with our large community nannies

  • We pass on your details to any nanny who is interested and they reach out to you

  • You interview and chose your nanny

  • We don’t screen applicants, but because we’ve either trained them or worked with them closely for years we can vouch for them!

Job Sharing - Fees: 

  • We charge £50 to share your job. It’s shared 4 times over 4 weeks across a variety of platforms; WhatsApp groups, social media, email etc.

  • If you offer a nanny who has come through us your position and they accept, we charge a flat rate fee of £1,000.

  • Purchase the job sharing service below, and we’ll then be in touch to gather all your job details!
