+ I need a nanny today - can you help?

We do all we can to turnaround same day bookings but as with all our bookings it’s completely dependent on our nanny availability. As they do get booked up quickly we can’t guarantee anything.

+ I need a nanny for the next 6 weeks to pick my children up from school - is this something you can do?

We are only able to help with bookings up to 4 weeks in length, however if you have a nanny for 4 weeks and all is going well then we can look at extending, although there is no guarantee.

+ We want a nanny to come on holiday with us - is it possible?

Yes. Absolutely. Let us know what you need and we can book a brilliant nanny for you.

+ You helped me before - why can’t you help me again?

Since we last supported you, we’ve pivoted and made some changes here at Freckles. The main change is that we now specialise in training nannies. As this grows we have reduced our recruitment and placement services.

We are able to offer you our job sharing service OR can share with you our partner agencies details and they will be more than happy to assist you in finding the right nanny for your family. Please do drop us an email and if you would like to discuss in more detail either option.

+ My job is 6 months long - can you help me?

We can advertise your job for you via our job sharing service, however any screening, checks and interviews will need to be done by yourselves. Our partner agencies will also be more than happy to assist you, just let us know if you would like us to send you their details.

+ If you can do temporary work, why can’t you do permanent work?

As our flagship Junior and Ski Nanny Course and Festival Nanny services go from strength to strength we have greater pressures on our time and we don’t want to provide you with a substandard service. Therefore we made the decision to reduce our recruitment and placement services.

We have two permanent placement options. Firstly, our job sharing service which is low cost and goes out to all of our trained nannies and experienced nanny community, and secondly we can email over a list of partner agencies we recommend who specialise in bespoke recruitment.
