Lesson 7 | Your Morning Routine
This week we're covering a lesson that has FUNDAMENTALLY changed my life. And it’s all about your morning routine.
Your Morning Routine builds on a lot of the lessons, principles and habits that we've already covered but the key thing about a morning routine, is making time for YOU.
It's about making yourself a priority in your own life.
It's about taking control and stepping into the day on the front foot.
It's about being proactive not reactive.
A morning routine is NOT to be confused with your 'getting up routine’ - the one where you get up, get dressed and brush your teeth - that is not the morning routine we're talking about here. The morning routine that we're discussing is the one which sets you up for an impactful day.
The key (I believe) to a morning routine is getting up an hour earlier than you normally do and making that hour super powerful. Use it to do your gratitude, to write out the I AM statements that are changing the narrative in your brain, to focus on your dreams, to workout, to teach yourself a new skill, to develop your knowledge on leadership. Use it to show up as the BEST VERSION OF YOURSELF.

Develop Your Morning Routine
This weeks challenge is s to develop your own morning routine. Figure out what works for you. The key (I think) is getting up an hour earlier, but the elements you pull into that hour (and the rest of your day) are totally up to you.
I would just urge you to include Gratitude, I AM Statements and your 8 Dreams - in my opinion they are the pillars to changing your mindset ️
