Lesson 4 | Fear & Failure
FEARLESS. It is one thing we ALL have in common. FEAR. And everything we want is on the other side of it. We have to learn to move through fear.
It's week 4 of the #MakeYourBedChallenge and this week (yes, you guessed it 🤣), is on FEAR & FAILURE.
FEAR - the thing that keeps you playing small and stops you from living your best life.
FAILURE - the thing I fundamentally don't believe in. I don't believe you can fail. I believe you win or you learn. And if you choose not to learn then yes you fail, but you ALWAYS have a choice.
I've broken this weeks lesson down into 4 parts, so that they're easier to digest.
Part 1: An Introduction to Fear & Failure
Part 2: The Diagram of Fear
Part 3: The 5 Strategies to Help You Move Through Fear
Part 4: Week 4's Challenge
When you signed up to this challenge, you signed up because you wanted more. You wanted to show up as the best version of yourselves. You wanted to get something from it.
Get your notepad and a pen, grab a cuppa and get stuck in BECAUSE everything you want is on the other side of FEAR. Fear of me telling you to do something, fear of someone judging you for doing 'personal development', fear that it's not cool. Let me tell you something. You are strong enough to move through your fears.

Part 4: Week 4's Challenge
This weeks challenge:
Challenge 1: Identify your FEARS
Using the downloadable opposite, I want you to identify 15 of your fears. These are your fears. They are things that scare you. They are what's keeping you here, in the present and stopping you from showing up as the best version of yourself.
Identify them
Write down why you're scared of them
Download the template here (or opposite 👉)
The simple action of identifying them and saying why you're scared of them, is the crucial first step to taking control of your fears and moving past them.
Challenge 2: Download a Phone Wallpaper
Choose one of the phone wallpaper options opposite (👈), download it and put it as your phone screensaver / wallpaper / background and leave it there for a week.
Download your phone wallpaper of choice by clicking on the image opposite 👈
p.s. the challenge is completely free. 12 weeks. 12 lessons. Each lesson is centred around personal development and positivity and I would LOVE to have you 💜 along for the ride if you want to get involved? You can sign up here and you’ll get each lesson in your inbox at 10am on Tuesdays.
